How far in advance should I place my order?
We require a minimum of two (2) weeks notice on all orders to allow a sufficient amount of time to prepare ingredients and tools. We recommend booking 4-6 weeks in advance since we take a limited number of orders each week. Weddings are often booked 4-6 months out.
How do I place my order?
Either fill out the form on our Contact page or email us directly at Baked.byLK@gmail.com. We will respond to all emails in the order in which they were received. Please allow a few days for a response.
What is the payment process?
Upon finalizing your dessert order details, we will email you an invoice for payment via credit/debit card. All orders are to be paid in full one-two weeks prior to your pick up or delivery date (or upon receiving invoice). For weddings and other large orders being placed in advance, we require a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure your date.
Do you have a storefront I can visit?
Unfortunately, we do not yet have a retail space to visit, but with your continued support we hope to make that dream a reality in the future! All pick up and delivery orders are by appointment only from Saint Peters, Missouri.

How can I keep my desserts fresh?
Since we bake all items from scratch with no preservatives, your desserts are best enjoyed within a couple days of pick up or delivery. However, all items will store wonderfully in the freezer (airtight) for 2-3 months.
Cakes - Store your cake in the fridge overnight. All cakes are best enjoyed at room temp; remove from fridge 3-4 hours before serving. Wrap and store leftover cake slices in the freezer for up to a couple months.
Cupcakes - Our cupcakes are best enjoyed at room temp the same day as pick up/delivery. Freeze cupcakes overnight to enjoy at optimal freshness. Do NOT refrigerate (unless cream cheese frosting or fresh fruit has been used) as this will dry out your cupcakes.

Macarons + Cake Truffles - Store in the fridge for up to five (5) days. Allow macarons to come to room temp for at least 30 mins before enjoying. Cake truffles can be enjoyed chilled or room temp.
